So to explain your question there are still a few clones kicking around during and after the movies, but they are old and are generally referred to as the elite "storm troopers". This takes place after the Episode VI and the books are not considered part of the Canon. On a different note the book series with Admiral Thrawn (Heir to the Empire) tells how they sped up the cloning process, allowing a clone to be fully grown and operational within weeks instead of years. The last five (I think) are a sort of "retirement" where they help train the next batch of clones or train other military personnel.
The first ten years are spent growing and training and the next ten are generally spent in military services. In the Republic Commando books they briefly explain their ageing.
